it's wednesday!

SBQ was suggested by Carol
"Have you ever participated in a needlework mystery (i.e., a design that you started before knowing how it will look in the end and by which you receive parts of the design via the internet, magazines, or leaflets at spaced intervals)? If so, why did you decide to do the mystery? What appealed to you about it? Did you enjoy it? If you have not done a mystery, would you ever do one? "

No I have never done one, but after receiving an issue of a US mag (which I have for the most part outgrown) I have been thinking about it. It appears to be a four part one and I was intrigued -being a Pamela Kellogg design... But it may mean buying an issue or two as I am near the end of the subscription and am unsure if I want to start it at all because of that.
I normally like to have a reference, a picture or something to compare to as I stitch so it may be just a matter of comfort- if I am willing to just jump in and see.
Now a RR of a mystery could be cool if it were 'smallish'....
