Looks as though I may not be around much again but ah well. Here's an interesting tidbit for ya...So far- Precipitation For June 2006: 7.7 inches /195.6 cm , wonder if they are including the Hail we got the other day! Looks like someone came back from the beach and emptied their cooler about every two feet all over my lawn. It was nuts. I haven't seen hail like that, I don't think, ever! (yes a storm made me nervous, as it sounded like rocks being thrown at the house and I moved my kids further away from the windows just to be on the safe side.)
This is the same storm that took down trees which is why we lost power for a few hours that day. So I guess it's a "Welcome Summer" kind of thing!

Send it our way! Our lawn is dying, the garden is suffering and the corn crop is seeking any sort of moisture. Bleh. So... send it westward!! Geez, moisture hog! =)
