Hubby's work has decided to trim its workforce and announced there will be board-wide layoffs the end of this month. I am assuming more after that too. He is not in a direct production department, so technically he isn't seen as "production" which means "making money" so he may stay, go, or get tweeked (bumped to doing something else).
He has been with the company for 10 years. Eleven this fall.
This could wind up being a good thing. Or not. Who knows.
*sigh

*hug* Really enjoyed our 3 HOUR PHONE CALL last night. *snort* Man can you talk. Completely wicked. ;)
Isn't it wicked bad? *giggles.
hope things work out for the best for you and your hubby with his place of work.
Don't be surprised if HR thinks its a good idea to distribute the book, "Who Moved My Cheese" - I've received that from three different companies when they were going through similar times. *sigh*
Hey, I have read that! Hee hee, in business class.
I sincerely hope it works out ok for you - wether he stays or not. Might be a reason to go looking for himself even if...? A change is never bad, if you choose it yourself! :)
I just followed the link to your hubby's work - we have a Parker here in Trollhättan as well! Wanna mover here? ;)
