whoo hoo!
The dryer is fixed!!!!!!!!!! For less than a $100 I have a working dryer again. Considering this is the first time ever that it's been out of commission (with heavy use too - to boot) in the 11 years I have had it- I am one, happy, camper.

That's fabulous news! I was pretty happy when we were able to get our fridge fixed, too. It'd be nice if nothing ever went wrong, but anytime you can fix and reuse an item in this throw-it-away society, it's a victory for the environment!
