This is my new friend, Cozy Heart.She smells minty when heated. She's pink.
Now a part of the group of my other good friends, the rice sock, the hot/cold packs made by 3M, and the hot & cold reusable pack from Rite Aid. Yep, I like my friends.
But I never thought to freeze a rice sock. Learned something new!
Cozy says she would like another, purple, cozy.

H has a Eeyore where you open his guts, and inside - you find a grain bag (kind of, not rice anyway) you can heat... I find it slightly disgusting to rip his guts out to heat a cold bed, but hey! He's cute when closed, and gives just enough warmth on a cold night... :)
I've got a friend named Euki, the eucalyptus and lavender scented koala. He's got a seem in the back that lets you take out the grain bag and heat or chill.
We like cozy friends like these. :)
Hmmm.. that might be nicer for my shoulders than a heating pad when I'm sore. I think the purple would be a great addition. ;)
