So I love this pattern esp the color... What kind of fabric suits it? More green? A purple? Hmmm. This'll be hopefully this year once I have caught up on and sent my needleroll and bear to my niece. I am thinking a hand dyed will be good for this one and I have no idea what I want to do with it once it is complete.
I have almost no sewing skills and was thinking a bell pull or pillow type thing. Decisions, decisions! I am leaning towards pillow.....

Actually some yellowish (and I'm not meaning canary yellow! *LOL*) would pop-up purple nicely as they're counter colours (I don't know the actual term in English, I just translated it ;). If that is what you want.
Some light khaki shade would also do nicely.
Green would give nice effect of green grass, spring and all that.
Purple, even light one, might "lose" that design in itself.
Some nice light blue might be good too.
Just my 0.02 €. ;)
So go with the complimentary colors then? (purple with yellow, red with green, so on.)
