Now, either it is a new one, or, round two of the same face full cold I had the day after Thanksgiving. You know the one. Headache, sore throat, bad mood.... ew!

How do you secure your thread when you begin a new one? Specifically, do you or have you ever used a waste knot?
No I have never used a waste knot. Seems, unlike my mother, I can't make that perfect one handed knot at the very, very tip of the thread. SO I wind up frustrated and annoyed.
Plus I can't stand wasting thread trying to learn that way.
